An area of low pressure is forecast to form from this system in a few days while moving toward the west-northwest at 15 to 20 mph, and some development is possible over the weekend or early next week before the low reaches cooler waters. * Formation chance through 48 hours…low…near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days…low…30 percent
