ESTELLE CONTINUES TO GRADUALLY WEAKEN

Estelle is moving toward the west-northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h) and this motion with a gradual decrease in forward speed is expected over the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) with
higher gusts. Additional weakening is expected during the next couple of days, and Estelle is forecast to become a post-tropical remnant low on Thursday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center./span>
