BLAS DEGENERATES INTO A REMNANT LOW

According to the National Hurricane Center…The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 5 mph (7 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue until dissipation in a couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some weakening is forecast during the next couple of days, and the remnant low is expected to open into a trough on Wednesday.
