Tropical Cyclone 04P (Seth)…is located approximately 426 NM northeast of Brisbane, Australia – Final Warning
According to the JTWC warning number 4, wind speeds are 40 knots with gusts to 50 knots.
This retiring system has tracked east-southeastward at 05 knots over the past six hours.
The last warning shows the storm remaining well offshore to the northeast of Brisbane, Australia…as well as well offshore to the west and southwest of New Caledonia.
